Anthracite is a solid, dense and high gloss coal variety. Among all kinds of coal, although the calorific value of anthracite is lower, the carbon content is the highest and the impurity content is the least.Anthracite is the coal with the highest degree of coalization.Anthracite has high fixed carbon content, low volatiles yield, high density, high hardness, high ignition point, no smoke when burning.Black hard, metallic luster.With fat friction is not stained, broken into shell shape, burning when the flame short and less smoke.No coking.Generally, the carbon content is more than 90% and the volatile content is less than 10%.Gelatinous layer thickness.The calorific value is about 6000-6500 kcal/kg.Sometimes the volatile content is called semi-anthracite;Extra-small ones are called high anthracite.
