Ferro Manganese is mainly composed of manganese and iron. Ferro Manganese is deoxidizer and alloying material most used in steelmaking production.  Ferro Manganese is made by smelting manganese ore in blast furnace and electric furnace as raw material.

Ferro Manganese shape is lump or powder granule , Dark grey with bright blue - yellow tints. 

Characteristics

The density of manganese is 7.43g/cm3 and the melting point is 1245℃, boiling point 2150℃.  Manganese and oxygen have a great affinity, and can form stable manganese oxide with oxygen. 

Application

Ferro Manganese is deoxidizer and alloying material most used in steelmaking production. 

Ferro Manganese as an alloying element additive, can enhance the hardness, ductility, toughness and wear resistance of steel.  

Ferro Manganese is widely used in alloy steel such as structural steel, tool steel, stainless heat-resistant steel and wear-resistant steel.
