1. Ferro Silicon Zirconium Inoculants strong increase graphitization core ,the sharp increase of graphite ball from number ,refine graphite graphite ball,promote praphite in ductile iron tend to be complete;

2. Ferro Silicon Zirconium Inoculants prevent spheroidizing recession,improve spheroidizing rate.

3. Ferro Silicon Zirconium Inoculants reduce the tendency to white cast .Improve the elongation of ductile iron,improve machinability.

4. Ferro Silicon Zirconium Inoculants well-closed formation,low wall thickness sensitivity.

Application

1. In the hot metal ladle put the inoculant on the nodularizer.

2. Rushen into the hot metal lable with the iron water when the iron tapping.

3. Rush into when ladle-to-ladle.

4. Inoculation with the flow when pouring.(0.2-0.7mm inoculation effect is better)
